Photographically, very well made - the bird's attention is fixed on the piece of seaweed, is it food, is it going to be used to build a nest? one has the sense that the wheels are turning in the little bird's head and s/he is trying to decide on what to do. That little piece of seaweed adds a dynamism to the picture. If I cover the piece of seaweed with my hand and take it out of the picture, the picture becomes boring. The piece of seaweed is the endpoint of a line that extends from the bird's eye, beak, and ends with the seaweed. It gives the photo that little dynamic extra that makes it interesting as a photo.
Une belle attitude pour cet oiseau qui bénéficie d'un éclairage très lumineux. Absolument rien à l'arrière-plan accroche l'oeil, c'est fabuleux. Faible profondeur de champ très appropriée, valorisant l'avant-plan. Le sujet est bien placé à droite de l'image. L'angle de visée est bon, l'oiseau étant placé à peu près au même niveau que l'appareil. Belle zone de netteté. Une image simple, mais fort bien réussie techniquement. J'aime moins la présence de la végétation à gauche de l'image, elle attire un peu le regard, mais c'est un bien petit défaut.
