The Society achieves its objectives through the acquisition and careful management of essential bird habitat in Quebec and through educational and recreational activities.

Conservation and Advocacy - BPQ acquires and maintains sanctuaries which we manage ourselves and also contribute financial and other assistance to organisations such as The Nature Conservancy that helps thm similarly to save endangered land of value to wildlife.
